Since setting up The Good Coaching Company in 2008, my mission has been to give business leaders. senior management teams and heads of department essential best practice business & leadership tools to help them navigate the best course in times of rapid growth and also in times of challenge. In my work as a business strategy consultant, leadership coach, trainer and facilitator within a wide range of business sectors and in various sized & shaped organisations, I see a common thread running through them all: The need for a clear and aligned business vision, supported by a management team with the competence, confidence and commitment to deliver that vision effectively.

I work with ambitious and award-winning organisations and businesses in variety of sectors and also am involved with organisations promoting entrepreneurialism and leadership in the UK (The New Entrepreneurs Foundation, Common Purpose). I am an accredited coaching provider for the CPD Standards Office, a member of the Association for Coaching and was a vetted and approved Business Development & Innovation Coach, and also Leadership & Management Training Provider for Growth Accelerator between 2012 and 2015. In 2014, I was shortlisted and nominated for the “Outstanding Growth Coach of the Year” Award at The Brave & The Bold Business Awards.

With my extensive media background (I enjoyed a successful 17 year media career as a Radio and TV executive and then in the digital space working with brands to develop engaging online content), supported by a broad range of specialist professional accredited training, I bring this combined knowledge and experience to provide a high standard of business support to ambitious leaders and their teams.

Improving productivity and efficiency – how to manage time effectively, prioritise, improve work efficiency, delegation; strategic planning & effective goal setting, address work / life balance issues. 

Training Modules

I have developed a range of Business and Leadership Training Modules that I run for individuals and teams and within companies to promote high performance in business leadership. My training seminars cover a variety of subjects, examples including: Negotiation Skills, How to Manage Difficult Conversations and Challenging Personalities, Planning & Strategy, Best practice in Leadership & Management, Building Reputation using Brand Values, Developing High Performance Teams, Consultative Selling, Resilience & Managing Stress. The Art of Communicating to Influence, How to Mentor and Coach Leadership & Management. I also use the DISC psychometric system to support individual clients and teams with recruitment, team building, effective communication and sales training, conflict management and leadership development.
