Since setting up The Good Coaching Company in 2008, my mission has been to give business leaders and their senior management teams essential business & leadership tools to help them navigate the best course in times of rapid growth and also in times of challenge. I have worked within a wide range of business sectors and in various sized & shaped organisations, and I see a common thread running through them all: The need for a clear, decisive and aligned business vision supported by a management team which has the competence, confidence and commitment to deliver that vision effectively.

I work with award winning businesses in variety of sectors and also am involved with organisations promoting entrepreneurialism and leadership in the UK (The New Entrepreneurs Foundation, Common Purpose). I am an accredited coaching provider for the CPD Standards Office, a member of the Association For Coaching and was a vetted and approved Business Development & Innovation Coach for Growth Accelerator and in 2014 I was nominated for “Outstanding Growth Coach of the Year” Award at The Brave & The Bold Business Awards.

With my extensive media background (I enjoyed a successful 17 year career as a Radio and TV executive and then in the digital space working with brands to develop engaging online content), supported by a broad range of professional training (including Business, Corporate & Performance Coaching, NLP Practitioner & DISC Psychometric Profiling certification) I bring this combined knowledge and experience to provide a high standard of business support to ambitious leaders and their teams.  Areas I cover include:
